- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I called today to ask a question and was not even allowed the option of talking to a nurse or the doctor. I have been a patient there for regular health maintenance as well as sick visits for almost 11 years. I am very disappointed in the interaction I had today. I am switching to a full time family practitioner this week, and I honestly can say, it isn't quick enough. Over the past few years, I have had phone calls not returned and confusion about some of the visits I have had. I wish this wasn't the case because I really like the lead physician; however, you can't talk to him or a nurse to discuss your needs...obviously. Now, I will have to work with the new family practitioner and hope that she will be flexible enough to work through what Doctor's Care would not.
